It perfectly complements poultry, pork, and fish. Just picture the mouth-watering beech smoked salmon, beechwood pork sausages, and beech smoked bacon! To use the wood smoking chips, simply sprinkle a handful directly onto the coals of your charcoal BBQ or wrap them in a foil packet with holes. You can also use them in a smoker box, which works great on a gas grill too! For best results, we recommend soaking our wood chips in water for approximately 30 minutes before use.
