Our wood chips made from our citrus logs give your BBQ or Smokin’ food a sweet, distinct fruity smoke flavour. These compliment such foods as fish, light game, turkey, chicken and veggies.
Simply add water to the chips for around 30mins and add them to a smoking box or direct onto the coals in the BBQ or Smoker. The smoke will infuse the food and enhance the flavours, as it’s all about the flavour.
