These oak wood chips made from used oak barrels from the Rioja region of Spain. They are infused with Whiskey and give your BBQ or Smokin’ food strong smoky flavours with a touch of whiskey aroma. These compliment such foods as bold red meats, game, meaty fish and hearty vegetables such as aubergine. Simply add water to the chips for around 30mins and add them to a smoking box or direct onto the coals in the BBQ or Smoker. The smoke will infuse the food and enhance the flavours, as it’s all about the flavour.
